EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER
Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at support@labelpinkjaipur28@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 300. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin-codes. in this case, customer is requested to send it back with the customer’s name and mobile on it. Exchange is allowed on size issues only. The exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are nonexchangeable.
Return: We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
Exchange are not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
Validity of Credit vouchers issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
Refund policy - no refunds will be done in any circumstances only credit notes will be given the delivery time will be minimum a month or two month maximum for a product. (Doesn't include custom order) delivery charges to be paid by the customer as per weight and country .
No refunds will be done if the parcel is stuck in any case we will try our best to make it clear. You can take the insurance policy of worth 5000
