EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any returns. For exchange (same set) in case of any size issue, please WhatsApp us at +91 6350-351625 within 72 hours of receiving the product. Any request made after 72 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for exchange or return.

2. We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Please WhatsApp us on +91 6350-351625 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

3. Once the exchange request is placed, we will arrange for the reverse pickup.

4. If the reverse pickup is unavailable from your pin code, then the customer will have to ship the items back to our address.

5. Exchange is possible only in case of any size issue for the same product only.

6. In case of return due to a size issue, it will be the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide returns—only exchange for the same set is allowed.

7. International Orders are not eligible for exchange or returns.
